Sacred Chants of Shiva | Art of Living
If there is one music album that you will ask me to recommend for meditation, I’ll not recommend Turya or Chants of Buddha or any other, except Sacred Chants of Shiva. It is one of the very best (I use the word ‘very best’ sparingly, so that it has its meaning) music albums for meditation. Very classical in approach, the tracks produce vibrations that take you deep into meditative state. I concentrate on my third eye while listening to these tracks and I enjoy the experience I get. The album contains 6 tracks in all, 5 of which are sacred songs of Lord Shiva, and the remaining one ‘Om Nama Shivaya’ is chanting of the mantra OM NAMA SHIVAYA.
