Manish Vyas fuses East and West in Sattva
Essence of being is poured in a gentle stream of music by Manish Vvyas in Sattva. Splendid rhythms and seductive musicality of Manish Vvyas pull you to the space of nowhere, drown you in east-and-west fusions, and sure in dynamic vocal sky. In Sattva Eastern mantras and ancient chants combine with western electornica & percussions to give an ecstasy of joy and fresh air around us. I remember quite before I was in dileema Whose Sattva is better? Manish Vyas or Oliver Shanti?
Often I used to wonder the power of vocal in Manish Vvyas albums particularly in Sattva. Delicate vocal in ‘Ishq’,’ Tumi Bhaja Re Mana’ and ‘Om Namo Narayana’ are my piece of cake and hope you too like. I would say Sattva is more than the music of Sitar, Bamboo flute, Violin, Santoor, Tables and Percussion.
I recommend this album for yoga, meditation, spa music and enlightened listening. Each time you listen you get refresh. Sattva is a silent prayer of a music devoted soul – you, me and Vvyas.
