I am one among many who love Celtic Woman girls and their Celtic Woman: A New Journey Album. When I played the songs I am completely blown away by the angelic and melodic nature of the music. The soft, soothing and hypnotizing voice of Chloe, Orla, Lisa, Meav, and Hayley are so moving and alluring when orchestral background and chorus blend with traditional instruments.

Pure Moods vol.I is a delicious treat for those who love ambient, new age, and soft electronica. This is one of the finest albums that New Age has offered. Virgina Records’ TV Ad campaign and the album by itself had contributed much to the popularity and sales. All the 17 songs in the album are definitely pure pleasure to the ears and soothing to the heart.

If you are not orthodox, you might enjoy this funny video where Osho (a.k.a. Sex Guru) explains the different meanings of the word F**K. He is really hilarious and anyone watching this video cannot but laugh out loudly as much as possible. Osho is really the One (like Morpheus saying in Matrix). You cannot understand it after you watch this movie.

While I was writing this post, I received an email from one of my friend who closely reads my blog. The email hurt me a lot and put myself in a moral dilemma. Here is another video post on Oliver Shanti’s music. It’s one of the most popular o Oliver Shanti’s composition: Wolf Song. Maybe this will acknowledge why I prefer Oliver Shanti to be the next one after Buddha Bar.

Buddha Bar covered the whole arena of world music, but any careful listener would point out that European part of the series dominates than any other kind of music. I recommend Oliver Shanti’s Alhambra to compliment the Buddha Bar series which is filled with the dreams and fantasies of Asian, Oriental, Middle East music. I am a lover of both eastern and western music instruments alike. So I enjoy the European Buddha Bar and the Eastern Oliver Shanti’s Alhambra. Hope you too may like it!
