The Gates of Istanbul is Terrific!
A few days before, while I was browing some new age stuff at emusic.com, I came across Parallel Dreams by Loreena McKennitt. I have heard and read about the sucess of her ethereal voice but never listened to it myself. But this time, I determined to buy her album and listen to it and it was a purchase that I don’t lament. My great expectation before listening to her album is indeed met after listening to her album and sure am going to buy a few more of her stuff to add to my music library.
Browsing over Youtube for her albums, I am inspired by this track among many others: The Gates of Istanbul. This one from An Ancient Muse features a quivering string and a sublime female voice, both of which attract my attention. I am going to purchase this album in a few more days to listen to its other tracks. Hope you will enjoy listening to this track!
