As for the repeating of "TAOooooo," I think a simple resonating "GONG" between each verse would be more effective for meditation. I would like to share, however, that I found away around the distractive repeating of TAOoooo before each verse. Dyer was kind enough to put each of the 81 verses at the beginning of each Track. Therefore, if after each verse is read, you press your CD player's "Forward to the Next Track" button, you will skip the "TAOOOOOOOO" noise and move to the next verse. As this will become cumbersome during mediation, you can always do a one time re-recording of the CD using the above "fast forward" method.

I’d have to agree with all points made on this page.

As for the repeating of “TAOooooo,” I think a simple resonating “GONG” between each verse would be more effective for meditation.

I would like to share, however, that I found away around the distractive repeating of TAOoooo before each verse.

Dyer was kind enough to put each of the 81 verses at the beginning of each Track.

Therefore, if after each verse is read, you press your CD player’s “Forward to the Next Track” button, you will skip the “TAOOOOOOOO” noise and move to the next verse.

As this will become cumbersome during mediation, you can always do a one time re-recording of the CD using the above “fast forward” method.

By: BFC

The true Dao that can be spoken of is not the true Dao... Any attempt to bring Daoism to the masses is already contrived.

The true Dao that can be spoken of is not the true Dao…

Any attempt to bring Daoism to the masses is already contrived.
