It is commonly seen that American pianist George Winston touring and performing concerts regularly round the year. In the month of June he has planned tours particularly to Korea and expected to embrace people with his melodic rural folk piano style.

Let’s update ourselves with latest tour schedule of new age American Pianist George Winston. I enjoyed reading about him in wikipedia:

“For years, the balding, bearded Winston would walk out on stage in a flannel shirt and jeans, and the audience would think he was a technician, coming to tune the 9-foot Steinways that are his piano of choice. “

I do remember writing on George Winston concert at Everett Theater on Jan. 12 Which include the striking lines “I do recording to get it done…A concert, I don’t want it to be over. It’s the reason we all began playing — we wanted to play.”

George Winston concert at Everett Theater on Jan. 12

George Winston, an American solo pianist, who won the Best New Age Grammy in 1996 for “Forest” and who sold more than 7 million albums will perform a show at Everett Theater on Jan. 12 at 8 p.m.

He will play rock, rhythm and blues and melodic music from his hit albums like “December” and “Winter Into Spring”. In this concert we can expect Winston playing from his New Orleans-inspired album, Gulf Coast Blues & Impressions – A Hurricane Relief Benefit.

We could see George Winston having great zeal for live performance and also boost he lives for live concert. In 2007 he told to Colorado Springs Gazette, “I do recording to get it done…A concert, I don’t want it to be over. It’s the reason we all began playing — we wanted to play.”
