This technique, for the nighttime, consiists of four stages of fifteen minutes each. The first two stages are preparation for the spontaneous Latihan of the third stage. Mido, I want to tell you something about the music I was listening to last night. After nearly three years I had the chance to listen to one of favorite music albums: Yes to the River, by Music from the World of Osho.
