Well said!! Osho, to me, was an uncommon alchemist who turned every ordinary thing that goes unnoticed in our busy-bee day life to mean something special and use it as a tool for self-development. This technique, for the nighttime, consiists of four stages of fifteen minutes each. The first two stages are preparation for the spontaneous Latihan of the third stage. If the breathing is done correctly in the first stage, the carbon dioxide formed in the bloodstream will make you feel as high as Gourishankar (Mt. Everest).

First Stage: 15 minutes

Sit with closed eyes. Inhale deeply through the nose, filling the lungs. Hold the breath for as long as possible; then exhale gently through the mouth, and keep the lungs empty for as long as possible. Continue this breathing cycle throughout this stage.

Second Stage: 15 minutes

Return to normal breathing and with a gentle gaze look at a candle flame or a flashing blue light. Keep your body still.

Third Stage: 15 minutes

With closed eyes, stand up and let your body be loose and receptive. Allow your body to move gently in whichever way it wants. Don’t do the moving, just allow it to happen gently and gracefully.

Fourth Stage: 15 minutes

Lie down with closed eyes, silent and still.

For the joy was two-fold. First being the intrinsic soothing nature of the music and other being listening to it after a long time. It was a kind feeling…. feeling of meeting your old friend whom you love much but missed his presence for long for various reasons. In my case, I missed Yes to the River for three years because the cassette used worn out after repeated use (I cannot blame the cassette, it worked hard for me till its last breathe). And I didnt buy another copy of that cassette for I need to travel to a nearby City to buy it.

Of all the tracks, I like the Journey East, Festival of Lights, and Peacocks and Swans. No doubt all other tracks are equally soothing. I listened to Journey East, in repeat mode, until the serenity of the track entered into me. If you want to know the best of what Eastern music can do in fusion with western instruments, Yes to the River, by Music from the World of Osho, is a real bet. In general, Music from the World Osho are very poetic in expression and the track titles play as much as a role as the music. To understand this you must really listen to a few tracks by yourself. Here are the tracks listing from Yes to the River. You can buy select tracks at a throw away price (0.09$) and it is worth spending multifold. I would recommend Journey East for sampling the album. You can also llisten to the 30 sec preview, but I dont recommend that because that 30 sec cannot give you the feel of what the track is.
