Turya | Space ‘with in’ | Al Gromer Khan
Erotic music albums that I posted earlier on the blog were received well and I see a lot of visitors for those posts daily. In both the posts on erotic music, I selected albums only by Al Gromer Khan. So those of you who listed to them, can now understand the seductive nature of his sitar in Tandra drums and Kamasutra Experience. Yet Al Gromer Khan’s music is not about erotica alone. His music albums like Turya, Mansoon Point, Sufi are some of the best ambient music albums to sink you deep into your being.
In my last post on Turya, I quoted Osho’s talks on “Turya” (in the scope of its linguistic meaning). But what’s the music like? I’d say it’s like a pleasing whisper. Because with my sound system set to its highest volume, I still hear it as normal. And the beauty of the lies in this nature of the album: if you have ears, you can listen! Some tracks have the ambience of ‘space’ in them but not with any bangs as with any other space music. The album has 7 tracks in total with titles as meditative as the music.

This is one of the best albums of Al Gromer Khan. But the bad news is that, Amazon doesnt hold a stock of it. You can purchase it any other countless online cd retailers, though, or download individual tracks at Rhapsody, Yahoo music or any other.
